Primary Suite (Bedrooms 1 & 2):
- Bedroom 1: Features a double bed (anticipated upgrade to a queen or king in 2025; inquire for updates based on your dates).
- Bedroom 2: Offers a split king bed, which defaults to two twin beds but can be configured as a single king bed upon request.
Additional Bedrooms:
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, ideal for children or individuals.
- Bedroom 4: Two double beds (commonly referred to as full beds), providing comfortable sleeping for couples or individuals.
- Bedroom 5: Includes a split king bed (default setup as two twins, convertible to a king) and an additional double bed designed for children (ages 0–18).
Garden Suite (Bedroom 6):
- Two queen beds for adults or couples.
- A double sofa bed (full bed) designed for children (ages 0–18).

10pm Noise Ordinance - To maintain the peaceful tranquility of our neighborhood and our relationship with our neighbors, amplified music must be kept to a respectable volume and may only be played indoors at low volume past 10pm.
A hot tub will be added sometime in 2025. This amenity will be offered at an additional fee to cover draining, cleaning, refilling, and rebalancing the water after each stay. Our guests' health is our top priority. For guests who choose to add this amenity to their stay, we pass these expenses through at cost.
